What SOV Predict is

A prediction market where users forecast real-world outcomes across the Caribbean — politics, sports, culture, weather — by trading demo points on outcome shares. Prices reflect the crowd's current estimate of an event's probability.

What SOV Predict is not

• Not a real-money gaming product.
• Not a real-money exchange, brokerage, or investment platform.
• Not a licensed financial service.
• Not a source of paid prize money.

Demo points only

All trading uses non-monetary demo points. Demo points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, exchanged for any other currency, transferred to another user, or claimed as a prize. Balances are for entertainment and skill-tracking only.

Resolution

Every market has a published resolution source and close time. Admin resolution requires a written reason and is recorded in an audit log. Voided markets refund each affected user's cost basis in demo points. See the responsible-play page for detail on how disputes are handled.

Eligibility

Recommended for users 18 years or older. Availability may vary by jurisdiction — SOV Predict may block access from regions where prediction-market products face regulatory restrictions, even for demo-only products.

Prohibited use

• Attempting to manipulate market prices through coordinated trading.
• Operating multiple accounts to inflate leaderboard standing.
• Automated / scripted trading against the demo API.
• Posting spam, harassment, or content that violates local law.

Data & privacy

SOV Predict stores the minimum data needed to run the product: your account identifier, demo-point balance, trades, comments, and admin audit records. We do not sell user data. Full privacy details are available on request.

Changes

As SOV Predict is in active MVP development, terms may be updated. Material changes affecting user balances or account access will be announced in the app before taking effect.
